We begin this unique process by soaking a variety of organic, omega-3 dense seeds in filtered water. Soaking the seeds starts the process of germination (sprouting), and in doing so increases the nutritional value while making the seeds easier to consume and digest.  As the seeds continue to sprout we add in our special blend of rosemary seasoning.
