The snack box container is safe for use in 212 F (100 C) microwave ovens, dishwashers, and refrigerators. Before reheating, please remove the lid. The size of this sandwich container , its capacity is 55.75oz. Separate salad cups you can put salads, yogurt, nuts, fruit or sauces in. Its capacity is 5.07oz. The bento lunch box is made of food grade plastic, smooth and odorless. The compact and design perfectly fits , making them ideal for work, school, travel, picnics, or any other outdoor activity.
