Helps to relocate the scan tool if the ELM327 Bluetooth device interferes with driving, especially when the DLC is near the driver's knees or feet. Can extend the life of the vehicle's DLC and ELM327 Bluetooth device when frequent plugging and unplugging is required. Improves signal strength by allowing repositioning of the ELM327 Bluetooth device if the signal is weak due to the DLC location under the steering wheel. Ultra low profile design for accessing hard to reach areas. Supports all standard passenger vehicle OBD2 protocols. 1x Male 16-pin J-1962 to 2x Female 16-pin J-1962.
