Introduction: CAN-BUS is a widely used industrial communication bus known for its long transmission distance, medium data rate, and high reliability. It is commonly applied in modern machine tools and automotive diagnostic systems. This CAN-BUS Shield features the MCP2515 CAN controller with SPI interface and the MCP2551 transceiver, enabling CAN-BUS functionality for Arduino and Seeeduino platforms. When paired with an OBD-II converter cable and the OBD-II library, it supports development of onboard diagnostic tools or data loggers.
