Directions: Simply add 1 ritual scoop or 1-2 heaped teaspoons to any drink of choice or stir into food. Here are our top tips to help ensure your Wild Collagen blends smoothly into your drink of choice:1. Liquid first: Always add the collagen to your liquid, not the other way around.2. Warm over cold: While collagen works in cold drinks, it dissolves more easily in warm liquids.3. Pour from a height: Pouring the collagen from a height helps it disperse and dissolve better.4. Resist the urge to stir: It’s tempting to stir right away, but this can cause clumping. Instead, let the powder sink and dissolve on its own - about 30 seconds should do it. Use this time for a few deep, mindful breaths For frothy drinks, you may need to wait a little longer, but it will eventually settle.Wild Collagen should be taken consistently to experience the full benefits.
