Jumper A and B control the bass range. Jumper A sets the lower limit, while Jumper B sets the upper limit. Excessive bass may cause speaker distortion. To reduce distortion, remove the jumper cap from Jumper A to limit ultra-low bass. Removing the cap from Jumper B increases bass; with the cap in place, bass is reduced. Jumper C and D control the treble range. With both caps installed, treble output is maximum. With only Jumper C capped, treble is reduced. With only Jumper D capped, treble is further reduced. With both caps removed, treble output is disabled. To use the splitter board: Connect as shown in the diagram (Treble, Low, Input), connect to the speaker, ensure proper enclosure sealing, then play music and adjust jumpers for optimal sound. Typically, Jumper A is used while Jumper B remains unused. For treble adjustment, listen and select the desired setting for Jumpers C and D. Common configurations: - A + D: Enhanced bass - A + C: Clear bass and treble - A + C + D: Clear bass and treble, with emphasis on treble - A + B + C + D: Balanced midrange response If bass is excessive, remove the cap from Jumper A. Adjust until the desired sound is achieved, then secure the board to the speaker unit.
