1 x Strip Disc, overall dimensions 180 x 22 mm, wheel thickness 14 mm, limiting speed 5000 RPM, abrasive grit 46 Grit. Material The Strip Wheel is made of silicon carbide abrasive and combines resin elastomer with high-quality diamond to form a wear-resistant grinding wheel. It will not damage the surface of the object and is designed for long service life. Features - Fiberglass backing to absorb vibration and increase durability and strength. - Mesh honeycomb design to quickly dissipate heat and extend service life. - Non-woven nylon webbing to help prevent clogging during grinding. Applications The stripping wheel removes rust, dirt, paint, welding spatter, scale, oxide and other surface contaminants faster and more effectively. Use scenarios - Automotive or metal restoration: strip coatings and corrosion from panels before refinishing. - Metal fabrication: clean welds and spatter and prepare surfaces for coating. - Machinery maintenance: remove oxide and grime from frames and components for easier inspection and rework.
