It efficiently converts power from a solar panel or other photovoltaic source to charge a rechargeable LiPo battery. Setup is simple: connect the solar panel to one side and the battery to the other. The charger is designed to charge a single polymer lithium-ion cell. The load should be connected in parallel with the battery. Default maximum charge current is 0.99A. Recommended input voltage range is 4.4V to 6V. Do not charge batteries at currents exceeding their capacity rating.
