Secure the valve to a mounting plate or surface using the provided screw and flange. 2. Connect the inlet and outlet hoses to their respective ports. Ensure connections are tight to prevent gas leakage. 3. Tighten the M8 thermocouple nut securely onto the valve end. (Verify that your valves thermocouple thread is 8mm before installation.) 4. Properly connect the thermocouple to the designated terminal. 5. Turn the control knob to open the gas supply and press and hold the valve for 510 seconds to allow the thermocouple to heat up. 6. Release the valve. If the gas shuts off after releasing, check the following: - Ensure the thermocouple is exposed to the pilot flame - Confirm the thermocouple is securely connected to the valve - Verify all hose connections are properly secured Package Contents: 1 x Gas Control Valve Note: Other items shown in images are not included.
