When the motor starts, it must overcome its own inertia and the reaction force of the load. Therefore, the motor requires high current and torque during startup. Once rotation is normal, the required torque is significantly reduced to conserve energy. A set of auxiliary coils is added to the motor, which operates only during startup and disconnects once normal operation is reached. The PTC thermistor is connected in series with the start auxiliary coil. After startup, the PTC thermistor transitions into a high impedance state, effectively disconnecting the auxiliary coil to achieve this function. Product Name: PTC Starter Relay.
