The PE42540 is a SP4T RF switch developed .This switch is designed specificallyto support the requirements of the test equipment market. It is comprised of four symmetric RF portsand has very high isolation.An on-chip CMOS decodelogic facilitates a two-pin low voltage CMOS controlinterface. HighESD tolerance and no blocking capacitor requirementsmake this the ultimate in integration and ruggedness.
