To use this controller, replacement of the Bluetooth board and controller may be necessary. B. This product modifies the scooter's software settings to adjust speed. If your original motor is 250W, performance may be limited, as motor power affects maximum speed. The motor may not support speeds up to 38km/h. For optimal results, upgrade to a 350W or higher motor. C. This product is intended for private use only. Features: The controller offers two speed modes: (1) Low speed mode up to 20km/h (factory default). (2) High speed mode up to 38km/h. Installation Steps: 1. Turn off the scooter. 2. Remove the four screws located under the display on the scooters riser. Keep these screws for reassembly. 3. Open the riser to access the display and wiring. Locate the connector in the middle of the wire and disconnect it. 4. Insert the controller between the display and the wire, ensuring proper alignment and avoiding damage to internal pins. 5. Place the controller inside the center of the riser and reattach the four screws. 6. Press and hold the power button on the Bluetooth board to turn on the scooter. 7. Press the brake lever three times, then press the throttle three times. The controller will display "38", indicating the firmware update process has started. Do not operate the scooter during this process. Wait until the display shows "0", indicating completion. Turn off the scooter, then restart. The scooter should now reach speeds up to 38km/h. Conduct a test ride to confirm functionality.
