Simply flip the timer to start! With the screen facing up, slide the switch to silent or ring mode, and the screen will light up. Wait 5 seconds, then flip it to begin timing. If the preset time isn't quite right, use the \"M+\" or \"M-\" buttons to adjust the minutes. Minute adjustment is disabled 5 seconds after the countdown begins. Choose between silent and ring modes. In silent mode, a flashing LCD notification alerts you when time is up without disturbing others. In ring mode, a loud, sweet chime will remind you.
