Description

1. Convert the frequency pulse signal from 0 to 10KHZ into an analog voltage signal of 0-10V. It can be used for interface conversion between PLC and frequency converter. Or interface matching control occasions such as motion control card and frequency converter. Other corresponding relationships or customized output 0-5V level converters can be customized, such as 0-1KHZ to 0-10V 0-200HZ to 0-10V, etc. The basic models are as follows, and the default model is -10K10V. 2. The input pulse level is 5V 12V 24V, which can be directly input without series resistance. However, the input signal frequency must be maintained for more than 0.5 seconds. 3. The output current is 5MA Use: 1. The multi-turn potentiometer on the board is used to calibrate the corresponding relationship between frequency and voltage. 2. The voltage range of the input power supply is 15-30VDC, and the recommended power supply voltage is 15-24VDC. At 12V level, the power supply cannot be powered by 12VDC. At least 15VDC power supply is required. If you must use 12V power supply, you can also customize a 12VDC power supply converter. At 24 level, the power supply needs to be powered by 24VDC 3. The signal input end uses optical coupler isolation. It ensures anti-interference ability. 4. If you need to use it with PLC, support NPN type. There must be a ground wire. 5. If you need to use it with an encoder, the encoder is required to rotate continuously at a constant speed for more than 0.5 seconds. 6. If the signal input is turbine flow, etc., due to signal matching, an 817 optical coupler and a resistor must be added to match the flow meter to function normally.
