Once fully charged, disconnect the power first and then the charger from the battery. Disconnecting the charger from the battery during charging (especially at high current - red light) can easily damage the charger. When the LED turns green, continue charging for another 2-3 hours. Do not completely discharge the battery before charging. This can damage the battery. With long-term shallow battery discharge, every 3 months or so, perform a deep discharge to activate long-term stationary materials in the battery. Use the charger in a dry place. When the charger is not in use, do not leave it plugged into power. Make sure you use a charger for lithium-ion or polymer batteries. Do not use it for other types of batteries. Use the charger only as intended - it's very important!!
