[Simple to Use]: The temperature range for this temperature controller is -40 to 110C. Easy to set and adjust with an HD LCD display and 4-button interface. This is a relay-based temperature controller; an external power supply is required for the load connection. [High Current 30A Relay]: Supports high power load up to 220V 30A. Suitable for high-power applications such as refrigerators, brooders, incubators, fermenters, greenhouses, and similar equipment. Connect the power supply and heating or cooling devices, place the sensor probe, set the desired temperature, and the controller will operate automatically. [Heating/Cooling Function]: Heating Mode 'H': When the detected temperature is less than or equal to the set temperature minus the hysteresis value, the relay activates and the heating device turns on. When the detected temperature reaches or exceeds the set temperature, the relay turns off and the heating device stops. Cooling Mode 'C' operates on the same principle but for cooling equipment. [Delay Start & Temperature Correction Function]: Delay Start 'OPH': After a heating or cooling cycle ends, the system begins a timer 'T'. Once T is greater than or equal to OPH, the next cycle can begin. Temperature Correction 'OFE' (-10.0 to 10.0C): Allows adjustment to correct temperature deviations that may occur over extended operation. Actual temperature = measured temperature + correction value. [High Temperature Alarm Function]: When the actual temperature reaches or exceeds the preset alarm threshold, the system activates a visual and audible alarm and disconnects the relay. Press any button to disable the alarm signal. Use Steps: 1. Connect the sensor to the controller. 2. Power the controller. 3. Set start temperature, stop temperature, and temperature correction value. 4. Disconnect power. 5. Connect the load to the relay output terminal with a separate power supply if required. 6. Reconnect power to the controller. 7. Test and begin operation.
